Serina was a wonderful agent to work with from beginning to end!! We started our process many months before because we wanted to pre-qualify. Serina linked us to an awesome lending team (Summit Funding) who walked us through all of the financial part of home-buying, and gave us genuine idea of what we could afford. When we reached our window to actually start looking, Serina met with us several times and spent hours with us touring homes. She was always available to answer questions and was so quick to respond. Every time we met with her, she came prepared with printouts on the homes we expressed interest in. She listened to our sticking points and understood our needs as buyers to help us narrow down our options. Serina’s attentiveness and quick responses definitely made the difference for us because Serina spoke with the seller’s agent within the hour after our home went on the market and was able to help us tour our dream home just two days later and a week before the open house. Being the first family to see the house and speak with the sellers seemed to make a HUGE difference. As beginning investors Serina helped us purchase our first home, so of course when we were ready to buy our second home we contacted Serina again. She was very resourceful and gave us great advice on home improvements projects that we could do to increase the value of our home. When all our little projects were complete we were ready to sell the home. With her great advice we maximized our sale price on our home and were more than please with the final outcome we doubled our purchase price. With the sale of this home we are ready to do our 4th transaction with Serina. She has diversified our real estate portfolio and we have more than doubled all of the real estate transactions.
